Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Processing may take extra time during major holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can click the tracking link in your email to see live updates on your delivery status.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property or with neighbors, then contact the carrier directly.
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and product and email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
