Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Get The Net Hooks is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at Getthenetcustomhooks@gmail.com or on our website and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
